Check in was pleasant and easy but when we went up to the room not only the hall was dirty with debris but the room was also and nobody bothered to clean it throughly plus stains on sofa and the TV had nasty had prints all over it. The room and TV were fairly good size but everything else felt 90s generic basic brown office furniture feel. Unfortunately I'm not done, so to the credit of the staff once we went back down to the front desk they changed the room but no upgrade just changed the room to a lower floor but it was a lot cleaner. Big Shower area and modern if your wondering . OK we thought let's put it behind us and checkout the rooftop restaurant that they were promoting with signs in the lobby and elevator. The roof top restaurant pool and layout was nice but they had many items on the menu that were advertised but not available. On top of that no liquor and the bar had almost nothing. For a new 4 star modern hotel and restaurant this needs lots of improvements. Staff seemed nice at greeting but they need to work on more than being friendly and the things mentioned , especially if you pay a premium, keep in mind there are many hotels in the area so there should be a since of competition . This was my experience at the present time so I hope they make adjustments and then it might be a good option especially connected to the Mall.

We did not stay here but wanted to have an evening cocktail at their lovely pool after a busy day that ended at Central shopping center. We took the sky bridge over and went up to the top floor. Great views and a very nice space. Then we found out they don’t serve alcohol in the hotel. Whoops. What a strange development for a very beautiful space. At least the oysters were very good.

Good location . Friendly Staff. Nice Rooms. Swimming pool at the Roof top has superb view. Hotel Carpark at Central Korat Mall connected by link bridge at Level 2 Buffet Breakfast has a wide variety of delicous food and fresh drinks, recommended!

The hotel is so perfect as its location connecting to Central mall. The swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel. It’s stunning at night. I would probably say that it’s the best hotel in this city. The room is new, clean and cozy. Showing E-San style decorations. Service is spotless. All staffs are so polite, friendly and enthusiastic. I would strongly recommend to this hotel

Went on NYE 2023 full hotel. Great staff management. Large room. Plenty of parking space at central korat parking A Floor 2. Special parking zone for hotel guests. Hotel is at central korat. Coming back on NYE 2024

First 2 night, I stay in room 507. There are lot of dead ants in my bed. After that I book a new room 1713. Its much cleaner.

Very nice hotel, nice atmosphere, service, rooftop swimmingpool, no alcohol no problem for us since we don’t drink alcohol. The bridge to the shoppingmall. Khorat is a nice city
